Lucille's BBQ Restaurant

Although Lucille Buchanan is the face of Lucille’s barbeque chain, Craig Hofman founded the barbeque joint in 1999. He ventured every part of the south tasting and learning about all styles of barbeque. From his adventures come the fictional tale’s of Lucille.
Today Lucille’s stays true to what the south taught Craig, “[serve] the best bar-b-que with the finest southern hospitality.” All their barbeque is slowly cooked to perfection and smoked with the finest hickory wood. Providing the same great taste like when they started.
