PC Charge Not Running – POS – Sintel Systems

If your PC Charge doesn’t seem to be running, there are a few things you need to make sure of. PC Charge Credit Card Processing is based on your stable Broadband Internet connection, therefore this is one of the first things you should verify.
If the PC Charge Icon is not visible on your System Tray, located on the bottom right of your monitor, then the Software is not running. You should receive an error message saying “PC-Charge not running.” The PC Charge Icon appears as a green “S” crossed by a diagonal blue line.

If PC Charge is not running, you can activate it by pressing the Windows Button, located on the botton left in the task bar, to bring up the Start Menu. PC Charge typically comes up in the list of Recent Programs, however it can always be found under All Programs.

If your do not have a Keyboard, then you must first exit the POS Software. Double-Click on the Payment Server Icon which is located on the Desktop. Then Double-Click on the POS Software to continue Processing Transactions.
