According the company’s Farr Better Times publications, Farr’s Fresh celebrated its 90th anniversary on March 25, 2010 when the company released it Blue Moon Vanilla commemorative ice cream flavor. The company was officially established when it was incorporated in Utah on March 25, 1920 and constructed the first of its kind commercial ice plant in the Utah five-state region. In the last 90 years, the company has reportedly served over 20 million scoops of ice cream.
